Before you make a return
Shopify estimate 20% of online orders are returned, compared with 9% of brick and mortar stores. Other sources estimate the figures are even higher. The truth is, online returns increase carbon emissions and increase product wastage which is why we encourage all customers to make purchases with good intent and consider their impact before making a return.
Am I eligible for a return?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with any product within 30 days of receipt.
For any unwanted product(s) they must be returned in an undamaged and unopened state with included accessories (as necessary) and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: items that are less than half full, free trials; and (iii) postage costs will not be refunded.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, send us an email to hello@gentlemensscrubclub.com detailing:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Products to be returned
- Reason for return
We'll be in touch within 24 hours detailing how to return your item.
When will I receive my refund?
After your product is received by GSC, we will process your refund within 2 working days. Depending on your payment method, refunds should reach your bank account within 10 working days.
